Service Description

Real change isn't a single "aha" moment; it’s a series of intentional shifts. This monthly membership provides the consistent rhythm needed to rebuild your professional persona from the ground up. We meet weekly to dismantle limiting beliefs, optimize your workflows, and sharpen your decision-making.


Cancellation Policy

1. Scheduling and Payment Prepayment: To secure your session, full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us directly. 2. Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your session: Advance Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule. You can do this via the link in your confirmation email. Limits: Each session may be rescheduled a maximum of one (1) time. Subsequent rescheduling requests for the same session may result in a forfeiture of the session fee. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations with 24+ Hours Notice: You are eligible for a full refund (minus any non-refundable third-party processing fees, typically 3-5%) or a full credit toward a future session. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session and have not contacted us, the full session fee is forfeited. No-show sessions will not be rescheduled. 4. Late Arrivals The "15-Minute" Rule: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next client’s booking. Forfeiture: If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered a "No-Show" and the fee will be forfeited. 5. Technical Requirements for Online Sessions Client Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection and a working camera/microphone for video sessions. Technical Failure: If a session is interrupted by a technical failure on our end, we will offer a full make-up session at no extra cost. If the failure is on the client’s end, we will do our best to troubleshoot, but we cannot guarantee a refund or make-up time for lost minutes. 6. Termination of Service We reserve the right to terminate a booking or the coaching relationship at any time if we determine that the service is not a fit for the client’s needs or if the client displays disrespectful or inappropriate behavior. In such cases, a pro-rated refund for unused sessions may be issued at our discretion.
